BHP is seeking a Mine Development Engineering qualified to support underground development at Olympic Dam. You will mentor engineers, prepare budget inputs, forecast updates and lead improvement initiatives using the BOS framework.

The role requires substantial mining experience, strong communication and data skills, plus the ability to work across functions and with contractors. FIFO from Adelaide or residential in Roxby Downs may be discussed.
