Designer & Sales Consultant (Casual) High Earning Potential We are looking for a creative and people-oriented Designer/Sales Consultant to join our Brand new and growing High End Tile, Stone and Bathware team. This is a perfect role if you love interior design, enjoy working directly with homeowners, builders, and designers, and want to earn significantly more when you close sales. What You’ll Do.

Guide clients through the showroom, helping them select the perfect mosaics, tiles and bathware selections for their projects. Create beautiful mood boards, simple layouts, and quotes (training provided) Turn design consultations into confirmed orders. Build long-term relationships with repeat clients, interior designers, and contractors.





Occasionally visit client project sites to check measurements or present options What We’re Looking For Passion for interiors, tiles, mosaics, or home renovation. Strong communication and listening skills you enjoy helping people bring their vision to life Confidence using a computer/tablet for quotes and basic design software (we’ll train you on ours) Previous retail, showroom, design, or sales experience is a plus but NOT required we’d love to meet you!
