About the team

Our Sales Development team builds relationships on integrity, collaboration and transparency. We work with organisations across Sales, IT and Consulting, helping them reach markets they couldn't reach alone.

About the role

As a Sales Development Representative, you'll manage inbound and outbound leads and play a key role in driving pipeline — identifying, qualifying and delivering real opportunities to our clients.

You'll work closely with our CEO, Chief Commercial Officer and sales team to run campaigns and shape how they improve, and partner with Account Executives on account engagement strategy.

Day to day, you'll be generating high-value call activity, researching the industries you're calling into so you understand what actually drives them, and communicating professionally with C-suite executives by phone, email and LinkedIn to articulate the value of what our clients do.

About you

Sales acumen.

2+ years of hitting and beating targets in an outbound SDR or BDR role.

A natural leader.

You don't wait for permission to act. Whether you've captained a team, led something at university, or started something that didn't exist before you — we want to hear it.

Exceptional work ethic.

Self-motivated, driven and hungry. Your commitment to learning and improving is what matters most to us.

Outstanding people skills.

You build rapport quickly and you're not shy about connecting with anyone.
