- Own the event journey – from first enquiry to final high-five.
- Plan and execute group bookings, corporate events, and full venue hires.
- Partner with guests to understand their needs and deliver tailored, memorable experiences.
- Collaborate with venue teams to ensure smooth execution and next-level guest satisfaction.
- Drive sales through inbound and outbound leads, smashing KPIs and budgets.
- Report like a pro – keeping the team in the loop with accurate, timely updates.
