Sales Manager - Ford

Sydney Northern Beaches An exciting chance exists for an experienced and driven Automotive Sales Manager to join Titan Ford on Sydney's Northern Beaches. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with an engaged Dealer Principal, lead a high-performing sales team and play a key role in the continued growth and development of the business.

We are seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys developing people, driving performance and creating a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop sales staff to achieve volume, gross profit and customer satisfaction targets.

- Drive enquiry management, appointment setting, follow-up and conversion performance.
- Manage vehicle inventory, order banks and stock ageing.
- Monitor and improve sales process compliance and dealership standards.
- Recruit, train and develop future sales leaders.
- Work closely with Finance & Insurance and Aftermarket departments to maximise profitability.
- Analyse performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve results.
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork and continuous improvement.

About You





• Previous automotive sales leadership experience.
- Strong understanding of dealership operations and sales process management.
- Proven ability to drive both volume and gross profit performance.
- Experience managing stock, ageing inventory and order banks.
- Strong leadership, coaching and people development skills.
- Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
- A hands-on approach and willingness to lead from the front.
- High levels of energy, accountability and professionalism.
