4 days a week - Sat & Sun, 10-4 pm, | two weekdays 10 am - 2.30 pm (ideally Mon & Wed).
Salary: Attractive guaranteed salary, not commission-based.

Landcom is working in partnership with Orange City Council to transform Orange’s eastern entrance into a thriving neighbourhood for the future. Unlocking over 24 hectares of Council-owned land, Redleaf will deliver:
around 300 new homes, including houses, duplexes and townhouses at least 20% of homes set aside as affordable housing for low-to-moderate-income households a new community designed with innovation, sustainability and liveability in mind, that aims to set the standard for contemporary new housing in Orange and Central West NSW. This role will suit an experienced Project Sales Manager to lead the delivery of Redleaf, Orange's newest residential land development. You will be a key contact for your Development and Marketing colleagues, and external agent management — ensuring seamless sales delivery and robust project performance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead enquiry management and land sales delivery across the Redleaf Orange development project
Drive contract exchanges through proactive customer engagement
Contribute to pricing decisions and sales strategies
Coordinate sales activities, including land releases and launch events
Maintain strong customer experience standards and achieve sales targets
Analyse market trends and competitor activity
Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders
Support settlement processes alongside Legal and Development teams
Manage and develop Sales Support team members
Ensure all activities comply with policies, probity, and WHS requirements.
What You
Bring
Proven success in real estate and/or development sales
Experience in residential land project sales will be highly regarded
Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Customer-focused with a proactive, solutions-driven mindset
Solid understanding of real estate and conveyancing processes
Relevant real estate qualifications (e.g. Certificate of Registration or Cert IV)
CRM and database management experience and digital systems capability
Ability to balance hands-on sales execution with team leadership Why Join Landcom
