About the Role The Sales Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in North Adelaide, SA. This position is responsible for coordinating and supporting property campaigns from listing through to settlement, ensuring compliance, accuracy, quality control and timely communication across all stakeholders. Working closely with our sales team, vendors, purchasers, conveyancers and suppliers, you will help deliver exceptional marketing campaigns while supporting the day-to-day administration of the sales process.

You'll play an integral role in supporting the continued growth and success of Crawford Doran through operational excellence and exceptional attention to detail.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate property campaigns from listing through to settlement.
- Prepare and manage campaign timelines to ensure key milestones and deadlines are achieved.
- Coordinate photography,
videography, copywriting, auctions and other campaign bookings.
- Liaise with vendors, purchasers, conveyancers, tenants, suppliers and agents throughout the sales process.
- Conduct quality assurance checks across listings, marketing materials and campaign assets prior to launch.
- Prepare and coordinate contracts, story sheets, Form 1 documentation and other sales administration.
- Process contract variations, settlement administration and related documentation.
- Review commissions, marketing fees and invoices for accuracy.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure documentation complies with legislative and company requirements.
- Monitor campaign progress, contract milestones and settlement timelines.
- Support the sales team with day-to-day operational and administrative requirements.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows, systems and operational processes.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in real estate sales administration, campaign management or property marketing coordination.
- Experience managing property campaigns from listing through to settlement.
- Strong understanding of real estate contracts, Form 1 documentation, settlement processes and compliance requirements.
- Experience using CRM platforms and workflow management systems.
- Strong computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite and cloud-based document management systems.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns and competing deadlines.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively within a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
