Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Sales & Marketing Assistant. The Sales & Marketing Assistant will support day-to-day sales and marketing activities, including assisting with lead generation, coordinating client communications, and maintaining customer records. The role involves conducting market research, preparing marketing materials and property listings,



and helping manage digital and social media campaigns.

The Sales & Marketing Assistant will also support customer service by responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and ensuring a positive client experience. Collaboration with the wider sales and marketing team is expected to ensure consistent brand messaging and effective promotional activities.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders.

Candidates should possess Sales and Sales & Marketing skills to support lead generation, follow-up, and promotional activities.

Candidates should possess Market Research skills to analyze property markets, identify trends, and support data-informed decision-making.

Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., CRM systems, email marketing, social media) is beneficial.

Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote workplace are preferred.
