Infopro Digital, the B2B group specialising in information and technology, is currently looking for a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis in Australia, supporting the launch and growth of the Australian edition of UKREiiF based in Sydney.

This role will play a critical part in establishing and growing the Australian business, supporting the launch of the Australian edition of UKREiiF. Working across marketing, business development, partnerships and event delivery, the Sales & Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for building market intelligence, developing target databases, supporting outreach campaigns and creating the foundations for commercial growth.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants exposure across the full lifecycle of a major B2B event - from market research and audience development through to sales, marketing campaigns and event delivery. The successful candidate will work closely with the Head of Events - Australia and UK marketing and commercial teams. This role is suited to someone who thrives on building something new.

Key Responsibilities Market Research & Business Intelligence Research and map the Australian property, infrastructure and investment ecosystem including: Government departments
Local councils
Property developers
Investors and funds
Infrastructure organisations
Industry associations
Professional service providers
Community and economic development organisations Build and maintain accurate prospect databases and CRM records
Monitor industry activity including: Competitor events
Industry announcements
Market trends
Potential speakers
Strategic partnership opportunities Provide insights to support event strategy, marketing campaigns and sales priorities. Sales & Partnership Support Support the development of sponsorship, partnership and exhibitor pipelines
Research and identify key decision-makers within target organisations
Execute targeted outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn and other channels
Manage follow-up activity and maintain accurate records within CRM
Support preparation of sales materials,
proposals and partnership communications
Identify opportunities for meetings and introductions.
Marketing Support
Support the execution of marketing campaigns including: Email campaigns
Database segmentation
Content distribution
Social media support
Event communications Assist with website updates, campaign reporting and marketing administration
Support speaker and delegate acquisition campaigns
Assist with creation of market-facing collateral. Event & Content Support Support the development of the conference programme through: Speaker research
Industry mapping
Advisory board research
Stakeholder engagement Attend relevant industry events to represent the brand and build relationships Requirements Essential 1-3 years' experience in marketing, sales support, business development, research or events
Strong research and analytical skills
Excellent written communication skills
Ability to build relationships professionally via email, phone and LinkedIn
Highly organised with strong attention to detail
Comfortable managing databases and CRM systems
Interest in property, infrastructure, investment, government or events.
Desirable
Experience within B2B events, media, property, professional services or membership organisations
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferable)
Experience supporting sales and marketing campaigns or lead generation
Existing understanding of the Australian property/infrastructure ecosystem.
