If you have a robust retail sales background, enjoy building relationships with customers and have a passion for the automotive or 4WD industry, we'd love to hear from you.

About the Role

Every day is different. You'll work with customers to understand their needs, provide expert advice and guide them through the entire sales journey—from the initial enquiry and quotation through to final sale and after-sales support. Whether they're preparing for their next camping trip, upgrading their suspension or fitting out a new 4WD, you'll help customers find the right solution every time.

Your Responsibilities

- Deliver exceptional customer service that exceeds expectations.
- Build lasting relationships with new and existing customers.
- Manage enquiries from quote through to completed sale.
- Recommend products and accessories that suit customers' needs.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Process sales accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain an organised, well-presented showroom.




- Work closely with your teammates to create a positive customer experience.

About You

We're looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in retail sales and customer service.
- Is confident, mature and professional.
- Enjoys talking with people and building long-term customer relationships.
- Is motivated to achieve sales results.
- Has excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Works well both independently and as part of a team.
- Has strong computer skills and can quickly learn new systems.

Highly Regarded

- Experience in the 4WD, automotive or aftermarket accessories industry.
- A passion for off-road touring, camping or four-wheel driving.
- Knowledge of suspension, vehicle accessories or mechanical components.
- Experience preparing quotations and following up sales opportunities.
