We're partnering with a large enterprise utilities organisation seeking an experienced SAP Functional Consultant with strong SAP CRM and IS-U expertise to support the design, delivery, and enhancement of customer technology platforms.

You'll work closely with business stakeholders and delivery teams to analyse requirements, design scalable solutions, resolve complex technical challenges, and drive continuous improvement across key applications. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on technical expertise with solution leadership in a large-scale enterprise environment.

This is: what you'll do

- Provide functional and technical leadership across SAP CRM and integrated platforms including IS-U
- Design and implement scalable solutions aligned with evolving business requirements.
- Conduct architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards.
- Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to shape solution outcomes.
- Lead impact assessments and provide solution options for change initiatives.
- Support delivery teams with root cause analysis and complex issue resolution.
- Drive proof-of-concepts and evaluate emerging technologies and capabilities.
- Maintain architectural documentation and solution artefacts.
- Provide technical guidance during upgrades, enhancements, and platform improvements.
- Mentor team members and contribute to engineering best practice across the broader technology function.

This is: what you'll need
- Strong SAP CRM expertise with deep integration and process knowledge
- Experience across SAP IS-U modules and utility industry environments.




- Proven experience delivering complex end-to-end technology projects.
- Strong FIT-GAP analysis, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into solution designs and system capabilities.
- Hands-on experience configuring, testing, and supporting enterprise applications.
- Working knowledge of HANA and SQL.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence business and technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and passion for continuous improvement.
