THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA HR Lead Consultant to provide functional leadership across the delivery, support and continuous improvement of enterprise SAP HR solutions. Based on-site in Brisbane, Melbourne or Sydney you will work closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants and technical delivery teams to understand workforce requirements, lead solution design and ensure effective delivery across the employee lifecycle. This role requires strong SAP HR functional capability, excellent stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead complex workstreams within a large enterprise setting.

Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design, configuration and delivery of SAP S/4HANA HR solutions.

Facilitate workshops to understand business requirements, current processes and operational challenges.

Translate business needs into practical, scalable and supportable SAP solutions.

Provide functional leadership across SAP HR processes, integrations, enhancements and production support.

Develop and review functional specifications,



solution designs and configuration documentation.

Collaborate with technical, integration, security, data, reporting and change teams.

Lead testing, defect resolution, deployment and post-implementation support activities.

Support incidents, service requests, problem management and continuous improvement initiatives.

Provide guidance and mentoring to functional consultants and other team members.

Build trusted relationships with senior business stakeholders and provide clear advice on SAP HR capabilities.

Ensure solutions align with SAP standards, enterprise architecture and organisational governance requirements. ABOUT YOU Strong experience delivering and supporting SAP HR or SAP HCM solutions in complex enterprise environments.

Practical experience with SAP S/4HANA and associated HR processes.

Broad knowledge of employee lifecycle processes, personnel administration, organisational management and workforce structures.

Experience leading functional design, configuration, workshops and end-to-end solution delivery.

Strong understanding of integrations between SAP HR and other SAP or third-party platforms.

Experience working within implementation, transformation, application management or production support environments.

Strong stakeholder management, communication and problem-solving skills.

The ability to lead workstreams and coordinate delivery across multidisciplinary teams.

A collaborative, customer-focused and outcomes-driven approach.

Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central, Payroll or Time Management will be highly regarded.
