Production Team Member – Batching, Pouch Line, Filling & Forming Machine Operator

We're a leading food manufacturer looking for reliable production staff to join our team on a full-time, fixed day shift basis. This is a multi-skilled role, and we're especially keen to hear from candidates with pouch/bagging line experience, full training is provided across all other areas.

About the role

You’ll rotate across our production floor covering three key areas:

- Batching – preparing dough or filling mixes to recipe and quality specifications, weighing and measuring ingredients accurately, and maintaining consistency batch to batch.

- Bagging / Pouch Line Operator – operating and monitoring the pouch line (our priority skill area), including machine setup, sealing, filling accuracy, packaging quality checks and troubleshooting minor faults. Bagging line operation is also required; full training given.

- Filling & Forming Machine Operator – running the dumpling forming machine, monitoring product quality and consistency, adjusting settings as needed, and carrying out basic changeovers and clean downs.

What you'll be doing

- Following food safety, hygiene and quality procedures at all times

- Monitoring equipment during operation and reporting faults promptly





- Meeting production targets while maintaining product quality

- Completing basic quality checks and production paperwork

- Working safely within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

- Assisting with cleaning and basic maintenance of equipment

What we're looking for

- Prior experience operating a pouch/bagging line is highly regarded (training provided if you have experience in one of the other areas instead)

- Minimum 2 years' factory/production experience

- Experience in food manufacturing or FMCG production is essential

- Comfortable working with food production machinery

- Reliable, safety-conscious and able to follow procedures

- Willing to work across different production areas as required

- Ability to work standing for extended periods and lift moderate weights

- Good communication skills and a team-first attitude

- Full working rights in Australia (proof required)
