We are seeking a passionate and experienced Community Services Trainer to deliver high-quality training and assessment to students pursuing careers in the community services sector.
About the Role
As a Community Services Trainer, you will facilitate engaging, learner-centred training sessions, support student progress, and ensure compliance with relevant training package and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver training and assessment in Community Services qualifications (e.g. CHC courses)
- Develop and maintain training and assessment materials
- Support and mentor students throughout their learning journey
- Conduct assessments in line with RTO and compliance standards
- Maintain accurate training and assessment records
- Participate in validation, moderation, and continuous improvement activities
Essential Requirements
- Relevant qualification in Community Services (minimum Diploma level)
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent)
- Current industry experience in the community services sector
- Strong communication and facilitation skills
- Ability to engage and motivate diverse learners
- Knowledge of VET compliance requirements (desirable)
