Duties

- Operation and workforce planning including plant/equipment requirements




- Personnel management for both employees and subcontractors
- Promote and develop a safety culture
- Customer relationship management
- Management of KPIs
- Development and implementation of productivity improvement initiatives

About You

- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Horticultural certificates (advantageous)
- Previous personnel management experience
- Intermediate Microsoft Packages knowledge
- A current driver’s licence
