About the Role

Riverside Projects is seeking a skilled and motivated Lead Carpenter to join our close-knit team. This is a hands-on role where you'll take the lead on-site, mentor junior team members, and have a clear pathway into management.

You’ll be working on luxury residential builds and high-end commercial fitouts, with access to our in-house joinery team to support custom, high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead day-to-day carpentry on-site for residential and commercial projects
- Mentor and supervise apprentices and junior carpenters
- Coordinate trades and collaborate with site supervisors and clients
- Work closely with our in-house joinery team for precision outcomes
- Ensure projects are delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget

What You’ll Bring





- Qualified carpenter with extensive experience in residential and/or commercial construction
- Proven ability to lead small teams and manage on-site operations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and a passion for mentoring
- Ambition to progress into a site or project management role
