We are a modern multidisciplinary Medical Centre. We are a private, non-bulk billing service and patients are seen by appointments only. We are committed to providingthe highest quality of care to our patients in the western suburbs.

Are you an experienced Medical Receptionist who thrives in a professional, supportive, and fast-paced environment? Pier Street Medical Centre is looking for a warm, organised, and reliable team member to join our modern private practice in Altona.

This casual position offers 12–15 hours per week, regular relief opportunities, and the potential to transition into a permanent part time role. If you're passionate about delivering exceptional patient care, enjoy working collaboratively,

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

- A minimum of 1-year medical reception experience essential
- A Certificate in Health Administration an advantage but not essential
- Knowledge of Medical director and Pracsoft highly regarded
- Sound computer knowledge including Outlook and Microsoft Office
