Gateways Support Services in Victoria seeks a permanent Therapeutic Residential Support Worker to assist children with disability living in out-of-home care. You will provide consistent, nurturing, child-centred care within a therapeutic setting, helping children feel protected, supported and empowered daily.

Responsibilities include trauma-informed care, routines, emotional support, behaviour strategies, life skills training and collaboration with families.
