Peter Bowen Homes is seeking a Sales Host to join our team in Albury NSW. This is a casual position that plays a vital role in creating an exceptional first impression for potential homebuyers visiting our display homes and sales office. As a Sales Host, you will be the welcoming face of Peter Bowen Homes, responsible for greeting visitors, understanding their needs, and facilitating meaningful conversations about our residential offerings. This role is instrumental in converting enquiries into genuine leads and contributing to the success of our sales team.

What you'll be doing

Meet and greet every visitor promptly and warmly as they enter the display home

Manage flow at the door during busy periods so that no customer is left unattended

Start genuine conversations, explain the PBH approach to home building, and answer general questions about displays and the building process

Capture each visitor's key details and requirements (see "Details to Gather" below) into the CRM / sign-in system

Qualify visitors (e.g. buying timeframe, land status, budget stage) and identify hot leads for immediate handover to a New Home Consultant

Hand over engaged, qualified customers to an available sales person, with a clear briefing on what was discussed

Where sales staff are all occupied, keep customers engaged and comfortable until a consultant becomes available





Maintain the presentation, tidiness and welcoming atmosphere of the display home at all times

Follow up on data quality — ensure captured details are accurate and complete for the sales team

What we're looking for

Exceptional customer service skills with a genuine passion for helping people

Strong communication abilities, both verbal and written, with the ability to actively listen and understand client needs

A professional and presentable appearance with excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to work flexibly on a casual basis on weekends

Basic computer literacy and comfort using sales and CRM systems

Enthusiastic, energetic personality with a positive attitude and strong work ethic

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced workplace

Knowledge of the residential property market or the Albury region is beneficial
