Job Description

KojiAoki Holdings Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced and motivated Shop Manager to lead the day‑to‑day operations of our Oh! Matcha Regent Place shop in Sydney CBD.

The successful candidate will oversee shop operations, supervise staff and maintain high standards of customer service and operational performance. Previous management experience in the hospitality or retail industry and strong leadership skills are essential.

Task & responsibilities

- Manage the daily operations of the shop to ensure efficient and profitable performance.
- Supervise, train and support shop staff.
- Prepare staff rosters and monitor labour costs.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to improve business results.
- Manage stock ordering, inventory control and supplier relationships.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, workplace health and safety, and company policies.




- Handle customer enquiries and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and operational quality.

Qualification & experience

- At least two (2) years' experience in a retail or hospitality management role.
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
- Experience in staff supervision, rostering and inventory management.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced hospitality environment.
- Knowledge of point‑of‑sale (POS) systems and basic business reporting.
- Experience in the Japanese restaurant or café industry will be highly regarded.
- Japanese language skills are highly desirable to support communication with Japanese suppliers, staff and business partners.
