Due to unprecedented enquiry for our Dual Key Victoria brand, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious Assistant Sales Consultant to join our team.

This is a unique opportunity to learn the end-to-end property sales lifecycle. Working alongside a Senior Sales Consultant, you will be mentored to become a well-rounded real estate qualified. We are the specialist arm of the Charles Lloyd Property Group, a highly reputable National Land Developer. Our mission at Dual Key Victoria is to provide a premium, full-service experience, offering comprehensive land sales and innovative house-and-land packages

Your Key Responsibilities

- Lead Management: Assist with qualifying incoming leads and managing reporting.
- Sales Support: Work directly with a Senior Sales Consultant to manage client relationships,



documentation, and the sales process.
- Operational Excellence: Assist in the presentation and setup of display homes, marketing events, and client appointments.
- Market Insight: Develop a strong understanding of financial markets and property trends to better assist our clients.
