We're an Australian pet product company rocking it locally and in over 50 countries around the world. We don't design your normal boring pet products. We take pride in keeping our designs fresh, taking inspiration from current fashion and pop culture, and making things people actually want to own, not just for their dogs, but for themselves.

This is a genuinely wide-ranging, all round design role. While illustrating and creating graphics for textile patterns is a big part of the job, you'll also get stuck into product design, sketching up toys, developing new concepts, designing trending apparel, as well as branding work, packaging design and mockups, and laying out our catalogues. No two days look the same, and you'll get real ownership over the work you make, from first sketch through to something that ends up on shelves in 50+ countries. There's a genuine buzz in seeing your design out in the world, not just living on a screen.

You'll be joining a small, close knit creative team, four designers and two in marketing, where everyone's work actually matters and gets seen, not lost in layers of approval. This is where the ideas happen and where you'll get to shape the brand's look and feel directly, working closely with people who care about getting it right.

This role is full time, based at our Dandenong South head office, four days in office and one day working from home each week.





REQUIRED SKILLS

Tertiary qualification in communication/graphic design

Confidence and proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, this should be second nature to you

Good working knowledge of InDesign and Photoshop

Some runs on the board, you've had a bit of time in the industry and know how to take a brief from concept to finished product

Ability to understand a brand and adapt your style to suit it

A strong folio that demonstrates all of the above
