RMC Cleaning is seeking a Site Manager for our Broadmeadows operation. You will manage a cleaning team, ensure KPI targets and budgeted hours are met, and complete daily QMS paperwork. The role requires adherence to OH&S; policies and hands-on experience with pressure washing equipment.

The position runs Monday to Friday, night shift from 11pm to 6am, with immediate start available for the right candidate. You will play a key role in maintaining high standards across the site.
