Join an early-stage startup building an AI-powered creative production platform for marketing teams, helping them plan, produce and govern content at scale. You'll be part of a small, experienced team, and have genuine influence over the product and how it's built, not a seat far down a long roadmap.

The role

- Work directly with the Product Lead to turn customer problems and rough ideas into clear, production-ready experiences
- Map workflows, roles, permissions and system behaviours for complex SaaS use cases
- Design greenfield experiences where no established pattern exists yet, alongside improving what's already live
- Use AI-assisted tools throughout your process, from exploring ideas to prototyping to implementation
- Partner closely with engineers through build, not just hand off a file

The role

What you'll bring

- Experience designing web apps, SaaS or workflow-based software
- A portfolio showing real product workflows, not only marketing or brand work
- Robust UI craft across hierarchy, layout, spacing, typography and interaction states
- Comfort working from incomplete requirements, with direct feedback and fast iteration
- Meaningful use of AI tools as part of your day-to-day design practice

Nice to have: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS or ShadCN familiarity, and startup or fast-moving agency experience.

A small team where you'll wear multiple hats and move between discovery, product thinking, interface design and implementation, with real ownership over what the product becomes.
