Senior CRM Consultant | HubSpot & RevOps

This is an prospect to join a growing CRM consultancy where you'll lead end-to-end implementation projects and work directly with clients to improve the way they sell.

You’ll combine consulting, business analysis and CRM implementation to deliver solutions that improve customer journeys, streamline sales processes and drive better business outcomes. While HubSpot experience is highly regarded, we’re equally interested in candidates with strong Salesforce or similar CRM implementation experience.

Initially you’ll remain hands-on, leading projects from discovery through to delivery. As the business continues to grow, you’ll transition into a more strategic consulting role, leading your own offshore delivery pod.

The Role

- Own CRM implementation projects from discovery through to go-live
- Flexible with hybrid or fully remote (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane)
- Work with growing businesses to transform their sales operations

- Lead end-to-end CRM implementation projects
- Run discovery workshops and gather business requirements




- Map customer journeys and sales processes
- Configure CRM solutions and oversee implementations
- Manage workflow automation, reporting and integrations
- Deliver client training and stakeholder workshops
- Work closely with clients as their trusted consultant
- Lead an offshore delivery pod as the business scales

About You

- Experience implementing HubSpot, Salesforce or another leading CRM platform
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy, RevOps and sales processes
- Confident running workshops and engaging directly with clients
- Experience gathering requirements and translating them into practical solutions
- Strong understanding of customer journey mapping and process improvement
- Exposure to workflow automation, integrations and data migration
- Commercially minded with excellent stakeholder management skills
- Able to manage multiple projects and work autonomously
- Leadership potential and a desire to grow into a consulting leadership role
