- Oversee daily operations in the Food & Beverage area, ensuring high standards of service and quality.
- Lead and motivate the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while managing staff performance and training.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record in food and beverage management, preferably in a high-volume workplace.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Valid RSA certification.
Skills & tools
- Proficient in using point of sale systems and inventory management software.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food and beverage sector.

- Salary for this position is $77,311.00 per year.
