About the Role

The Program Educator delivers high-quality education to e ye care professionals to support the effective delivery of a client education program. Working across an assigned territory, you will build strong stakeholder relationships,



deliver approved educational content,maintainaccurateactivityrecordsand ensure all activitiescomply withregulatory requirements, clientexpectationsand industry standards. This is a 6 month contract working in a part time (0.5FTE) capacity.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging education to eye careprofessionals

- Build professional relationships with key stakeholders.

- Plan and prioritise educational activities across your assigned territory.

- Maintain knowledge of the therapy area and complete all required training.

- Ensure all activitiescomply withclient policies, industrycodesand Pharmacovigilance (PV) requirements.

- Record all interactions accurately and promptly in the nominated CRM system.

- Meet agreed activity, reporting and service delivery KPIs.

- Collaborate with internal teams to support effective program delivery and continuous improvement.

About You

You are an organised and engaging professional with a passion for education and strong stakeholder engagement .

You will bring:

- Experience in healthcare education, customerengagementor a similar field-based role(preferred)

- Strong communication,presentationand relationship management skills.

- Experience using CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of the Australian healthcare setting and compliance requirements, including Pharmacovigilance (PV) (desirable).

- Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills.

- A tertiary qualification in Health, Nursing, Science,Businessor a related discipline (preferred).

- A current Australian Driver's Licence and willingness to travel regularly.
