About the Opportunity

As a Program Coordinator within SDPR, Single Digital Patient Record Implementation Authority, you’ll provide vital project coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects, ensuring delivery on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role offers the chance to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to improving connected, safe care for every person in NSW.

In this role, you will:

- Coordinate and support the delivery of complex ICT/digital projects within the SDPR program.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, schedules, and risk/issue registers to ensure governance compliance.
- Prepare reports and briefs for monitoring, evaluation, and decision-making purposes.
- Communicate with stakeholders and facilitate working groups to achieve project milestones.
- Assist in prioritising competing demands across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

About You





- You have experience providing high-level coordination and support for complex ICT/digital projects in large organisations.
- You are highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You bring strong knowledge of project management processes, including maintaining schedules, risk and issue registers.
- You excel at stakeholder communication and building collaborative relationships across multiple workstreams.
- You are proactive, adaptable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes with a customer-focused approach.

You will succeed in this role if you:

- Can juggle multiple priorities while staying calm and outcome focused.

- Advanced Excel skills with demonstratable experience in tables, complex formulas and linking of spreadsheet files
- Positive to have Power BI experience or similar tool

- This role may require evening, night, weekend and/or shift work, in accordance with operational needs and Award provisions.
- This recruitment may be used to create a Talent Pool for similar future roles (ongoing or temporary) that may arise over the next 18 months.
