Due to recent growth in this section of the business, we require anotherWarehouse Administration in our Bibra Lake Office.
Overview of key duties and responsibilities:
General Data Entry
Liaise with customers regarding containers unpacks and redeliveries
Processing Receivals (Inbounds) and Orders (Outbounds)
Booking Bio Security Inspections and Fumigations
Job registrations and Processing documents for FAKs
Provide highlevel of service to customers and answering queries via phone and / or email to ensurestrong customerrelationship.
Assist with all Warehouse administrative functions as assigned
The Successful candidate will possess:
Warehousing / Forwarding / Logistics / Transport experience is preferable
Excellent communication skills with customers and team members with a proactive approach to tasks
Capable with Microsoft Office including Outlook, Excel and Word
Highly organised, motivated and attention to detail
Ability to work both autonomously and in a team
Cargowise & Freight Tracker experience would be preferred
The Hours & Salary:
Operating hours are 7:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Friday.
Competitive salary will be negotiated according to your skills and experience.
