- Considerable experienceoperating Backhoe and/or Excavator with certificate equivalent to LB, LEWorkcover licence
- Demonstrated ability toapply WHS and EEO principles
- Demonstrated ability towork as part of a team
- OH&S; GeneralInduction for Construction Work Certificate
- MR or HR Drivers licence
- Traffic ControlCertificate
- Ability to operate plantand equipment associated with road construction/maintenance work
