What You'll Be Doing

- Lead, inspire and develop a passionate team of retail professionals.
- Drive sales performance, KPIs and commercial success through hands-on leadership.

- Maintain exceptional visual merchandising and presentation standards.
- Manage roster planning, stock, wages and day-to-day store operations.
