Grampians Health in Ararat is seeking a Mental Health Clinician to deliver holistic, evidence-based care and recovery support for individuals with mental health challenges. Working closely with Senior Clinicians and Team Leaders, you’ll conduct bio-psycho-social assessments, and develop consumer-centred care plans.
You’ll join a multidisciplinary rural team, participate in weekends and on-call rosters, and contribute to consumer and family involvement in treatment.
