As our business continues to grow, we are looking for an enthusiastic Apprentice Machinist to complete a MEM30219 – Certificate III in Engineering – Mechanical Trade while learning from experienced tradespeople in a supportive workshop environment.

At Infinite Engineering, management remains actively involved on the shop floor. We understand manufacturing because we do it every day, and we're committed to helping apprentices build a long-term career.

About the Role

You will work alongside experienced CNC machinists while completing your apprenticeship. You'll gain practical experience across milling, turning, inspection and general engineering, developing the skills needed to become a qualified tradesperson.

Key Responsibilities

- Learn to operate CNC milling and turning machines
- Read and interpret engineering drawings




- Use precision measuring equipment
- Assist with machine setups and tooling
- Carry out quality inspections
- Maintain a clean and secure work area
- Follow QA and WHS procedures
- Work as part of the production team

About You

- Motivated and eager to learn
- Reliable and punctual
- Interested in engineering or manufacturing
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Works well in a team

Highly Regarded

- Year 11 or 12 completed
- VET, Metalwork or Engineering studies
- Mechanical aptitude
- Driver's Licence or working towards one
