WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As the Senior Growth Marketing Specialist, you'll sit at the heart of client strategy, bringing together customer insight, marketing performance, commercial thinking and experimentation to deliver measurable business growth. This is a strategic, client-facing position where you'll own key workstreams from discovery through to execution, working closely with internal specialists to identify opportunities, develop growth strategies, analyse campaign performance and transform data into actionable recommendations. You'll be responsible for connecting marketing activity across the full customer journey, from awareness and acquisition through to conversion, retention and long-term growth.



You’ll develop customer-led marketing strategies aligned to business objectives and commercial outcomes, lead integrated marketing projects from initial brief through to delivery, analyse campaign performance across multiple digital marketing platforms, build testing roadmaps and optimisation strategies using data and customer insights, and identify opportunities to improve acquisition, conversion, retention and revenue. You’ll translate complex insights into clear, commercially focused recommendations and client presentations, collaborate with specialists across Paid Media, Creative, Content and Social to deliver integrated campaigns, champion innovation across AI, marketing technology, attribution and measurement, build strong client relationships as a trusted strategic advisor, and contribute to the continued growth and knowledge-sharing of the wider team.

WE NEED YOU TO HAVE...

- 3-5+ years' experience in Growth Marketing, Digital Strategy, Marketing Strategy, Consulting or Performance Marketing
- Previous agency or consulting experience
- Experience working with B2B marketing and complex customer journeys
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
- Experience using marketing platforms to analyse performance and uncover insights
- Excellent commercial awareness with the ability to connect marketing activity to business outcomes
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
