Blaze Staffing Solutions is currently seeking experienced High Reach Forklift Operators for multiple Day & Afternoon opportunities with well-known logistics and distribution clients located across Melbourne’s South Eastern suburbs.

These roles are based in clean, modern and well-organised warehouse environments with supportive teams and solid safety cultures.

This position will involve high-reach forklift operation as well as general warehouse duties, so we are looking for operators who are confident working both on and off the forklift in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties

- High-reach forklift operation
- Putaways and replenishment
- Loading and unloading pallets
- RF scanning and stock control
- Picking and packing ordersGeneral warehouse duties as required
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment

What We’re Looking For





- Valid LF forklift licence
- Strong high-reach forklift operating experience (preferably Crown & Linde joystick)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience
- Ability to work both on and off the forklift
- Reliable transport and full Australian working rights
- Good attention to detail and safety awareness
