What you'll do:

- Supervise high-end residential landscape construction projects from commencement to completion
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and apprentices
- Read and interpret landscape plans, construction drawings, and specifications




- Plan daily site activities and ensure projects stay on schedule
- Maintain exceptional quality standards across all aspects of construction
- Liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Ensure sites operate safely and efficiently while meeting project deadlines

What we're looking for:

- Certificate III in Landscape Construction
- 2-5 years' experience in a Landscape Supervisor or Leading Hand role
- Confidence in reading and interpreting construction plans and drawings
- Current Manual Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on approach and excellent attention to detail
- Professional, reliable, and team-focused attitude
