Are you an experienced PACU Nurse ready for that next challenge as an ANUM with our Perioperative Services team?
Do you love a hands-on approach? We are seeking a ANUM who thrives on providing support to junior members of our nursing team. With your sound knowledge of best practices, you coordinate the delivery of evidence-based nursing care. Under your mentorship, the team uses a high standard of clinical and patient care. You will be supported and empowered to identify risks, create improvement strategies and bring about change.Your day will include supervising and mentoring staff and students in PACU stage 1 and 2 and contributing to quality management though auditing and implementing quality improvement plans with some clinical nursing every day.

Key Selection Criteria:
- Be passionate about patient care and quality clinical outcomes
- Ability to role model excellent nursing care
- Forward-thinking with a positive attitude
- Registered nurse with APHRA registration
- An understanding of ACORN/NSQHS standards
- 5 years of experience in PACU nursing (anaesthetics highly regarded)
- Hold a relevant Post Graduate Qualification
- Eligible to work in Australia
