AHS Group is a well-established, family-owned business and theVIC dealer for Case Construction Equipment.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Delivery Technician to join our growing team supporting the Case Construction Equipment range. This role is responsible for preparing new and used construction machinery to the highest standard, ensuring all equipment is ready for customer delivery and operation.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with mechanical aptitude who enjoys working with industry-leading earthmoving and construction equipment.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on new and used Case construction equipment.
- Assemble, prepare, and test machinery prior to customer handover.
- Install attachments, accessories, and optional equipment as required.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure equipment meets manufacturer and company standards.
- Complete service and inspection documentation accurately.
- Identify and rectify minor mechanical, hydraulic, or electrical issues where required.
- Maintain a clean, safe,



and organised workshop environment.
- Mechanical aptitude with experience working on machinery, automotive, agricultural, or heavy equipment.
- Solid attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Current driver's licence.
- Good communication and organisational skills.
- Experience with construction, earthmoving, agricultural, or heavy vehicle equipment.
- Trade qualification in Diesel Mechanics, Automotive, Heavy Vehicle, Plant Mechanics, or similar.
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems.
