Senza Health Club in Dromana, VIC is launching a premium health club, and we are seeking a Founding Club Manager to lead the build and launch this August. The role is full‑time and centers on shaping culture, guest experiences and day‑to‑day operations.

You will recruit and develop a passionate team, ensure premium standards, and work closely with the founders to grow a vibrant local community while you retain 100% of your PT income.
