Roster: Monday to Friday, weekend work where available

McCosker Contracting is seeking skilled and safety-focused plant operators for local project sites in Gladstone.

We are looking for the following operators: Dozer, Excavator (incl final trim), Roller, Loader, HR Truck, Articulated Dump Truck

What You’ll Need:

- Manual Driver Licence
- Construction Industry Card (White/Blue)
- Willingness to complete medical assessments, drug & alcohol screening, and inductions

- Reliable and self-motivated attitude
- Team player with great communication skills
- Respectful, honest, and ready to lead by example




- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently
