Job Description

- End-to-end payroll processing for Australian and NZ employees.
- Process weekly payroll cycles accurately and on time across head office, retail and warehouse employee groups.
- Maintain payroll data and records within Employment Hero.
- Manage payroll enquiries and stakeholder requests.
- Interpret payroll legislation, awards, agreements and company policies.
- Payroll reconciliations, reporting and compliance activities.
- Data cleansing and payroll validation ahead of system migration.
- Build effective relationships with internal stakeholders at all levels of the business.

The Successful Applicant





Essential Experience

- Proven end-to-end Australian payroll experience.
- Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and customer service capability.
- High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Desirable Experience

- New Zealand payroll exposure.
- Employment Hero experience.
- Experience supporting payroll system implementations or upgrades.
- Exposure to SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
