RAH Silk Route Kitchen & Bar in Windsor, Melbourne is seeking a Head Chef to shape the Silk Route degustation concept. You will lead a lean kitchen, craft the menu with founders, and drive the project toward its first hat within 18 months.

The role runs Wed–Sun dinner and Saturday lunch; equity of 10% with a 3-year vest. This is a ground-floor chance to build something extraordinary with modern techniques rooted in Middle Eastern and Central Asian influences.
