About the role

We are seeking an Implementation Officer to manage the deployment and handover of solutions to our clients. You will ensure that development work is successfully implemented, clients are trained and supported, and go-live experiences are seamless. This role sits at the intersection of technical delivery and client management, making it ideal for someone who is technically capable and thrives in a client-facing environment.

What you’ll do

- Manage end-to-end implementation activities including configuration, deployment and go-live support.
- Coordinate deployment schedules with development teams, clients and stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary client contact during the implementation phase.
- Conduct client training sessions on new features and system capabilities.
- Perform post-deployment validation and smoke testing.
- Maintain implementation documentation, runbooks and standard operating procedures.
- Collaborate with developers and Business Analysts to ensure alignment.
- Demonstrate platform features as part of client presentations

What we’re looking for

- 2+ years of experience in software implementation,



deployment or technical delivery.
- Strong understanding of software deployment processes and release procedures.
- Excellent client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
- Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent implementations.
- Effective problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

- Experience in financial services or fintech implementations.
- Familiarity with SQL for data validation.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern deployment practices.
- Experience conducting client training or onboarding sessions.
