We're on the hunt for a Store Manager to lead our Matchbox store at Eastland, Ringwood.

Matchbox is where people come to find the perfect gift, refresh their home, and treat themselves to something beautiful. Our stores are warm, considered, and full of personality - and the person who runs them sets the tone for all of it.

This is a full-time, permanent role for someone who genuinely loves retail: the buzz of a busy floor, the pride of a beautifully merchandised store, and the satisfaction of building a team that customers come back for.

What you'll be doing

- Leading, coaching and rostering a small team to deliver standout customer experiences every day
- Owning your store's sales performance, KPIs and budgets
- Keeping the store beautifully presented, stocked and on-brand
- Managing stock, inventory and loss prevention




- Creating a floor culture that's positive, energised and customer-obsessed

What we're looking for

- Proven retail leadership experience, ideally as a Store or Assistant Manager
- A natural people-leader who loves developing a team
- A solid eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
- Commercial sense - comfortable with sales targets, rosters and stock
- Genuine warmth and energy with customers
