Are you a passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner looking to make a meaningful difference in the lives of people with disability?

Brilliant Life Services is a registered NDIS provider with extensive experience delivering Specialist Behaviour Support, Psychology and Allied Health services across Sydney. Due to continued growth, we are looking for an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our supportive and multidisciplinary team.

This position requires regular availability to support participants in the Campbelltown and surrounding South-West Sydney region. Applicants should either live within a reasonable travelling distance or be willing to travel to this area as part of their role.

Our Behaviour Support Practitioners work alongside psychologists, occupational therapists and other allied health professionals to deliver high-quality, person-centred services that improve quality of life.

About the Role

As a Behaviour Support Practitioner, you will:

- Conduct Functional Behaviour Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop and review evidence-based Behaviour Support Plans.
- Deliver Positive Behaviour Support services in accordance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements.
- Work collaboratively with participants, families,



carers, support workers and other professionals.
- Provide services across homes, schools, day programs and community settings.
- Participate in multidisciplinary case discussions and clinical supervision.
- Prepare high-quality reports and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
- Support participants to achieve meaningful and sustainable outcomes.
- NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner registration (Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist).
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Social Science, Occupational Therapy or a related discipline.
- Registration with AHPRA, AASW or relevant professional body (where applicable).
- Reliable motor vehicle.
- NDIS Worker Screening Check.
- Working With Children Check.
- National Police Check.
- Excellent communication and report writing skills.
- Ability and willingness to regularly travel throughout the Campbelltown and surrounding South-West Sydney region.
