Job Description
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced and professional Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a Melbourne-founded property development, management and investment organisation.
This is a highly varied role, offering the opportunity to become a true business partner while getting involved across all areas of the organisation. You'll be trusted to keep everything running smoothly, anticipate what's needed before it's asked, and support a fast-paced and dynamic Managing Director.
The ideal person will have the ability to forward plan and thrive in an workplace where they are relied upon to manage multiple priorities with confidence and professionalism., This role will require an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant or Senior Administrator who has previously provided high-level administrative support.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Diary management, coordinating meetings and schedules
- Organising international travel and accommodation
- Marketing and social media management
- Managing credit cards and expenses
- Coordinating and attending monthly team meetings
- Generating agendas and collating/distributing documents and reports
- Assisting with the organisation of committee meetings and papers
- Preparing and formatting documents
- Managing expectations and daily workflow
- End-to-end event management
- Office coordination and administration
About the Employer
- $110,000-$120,000 + super
- 6 weeks annual leave
- South Melbourne location
