About the Role
We are seeking an experienced skilled labourer/trade assistant with solid residential construction experience. This position is intended for experienced residential labourers/trade assistants.
You will be working across occupied residential homes assisting with:
- Bathroom and accessibility upgrades
- Residential maintenance and modification work
- Demolition, sheeting, fitting-off, and installation tasks
- Site preparation and material handling
- Working alongside carpenters and trades
- Maintaining clean, safe, skilled work sites
About You
- Minimum 3 years residential construction experience
- Confident using power tools unsupervised
- Experience in bathroom renovations or residential maintenance highly regarded
- Able to work independently and show initiative
- Professional and respectful in clients’ homes
- Reliable with strong work ethic
- Physically fit and hands-on
Important - Only candidates with proven residential construction experience will be considered for this role.
