About the Role
As a Contractor Psychologist, you will: Provide evidence-based assessments, intervention, and therapeutic support to children aged 0–12 years
- Support children with developmental concerns, disabilities, and neurodevelopmental conditions
- Deliver services across clinics, homes, schools, preschools, and community settings
- Develop functional, measurable goals in partnership with children and their families
- Monitor progress and adjust intervention strategies to achieve optimal outcomes
- Provide coaching, education, and capacity-building support to families, carers, educators, and support networks
- Complete high-quality reports, assessments,
and NDIS-related documentation
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary allied health team
- Utilise strengths-based, family-centred, and culturally responsive approaches in service delivery

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree, Honours, Master's Degree, or higher qualification in Psychology Current
- General Registration with AHPRA
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check Current
- Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle Current
- First Aid and CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication, assessment, and report-writing skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a multidisciplinary team
- Highly Regarded Experience working with children and families
- Experience within NDIS and Early Childhood settings
- Knowledge of developmental delays, autism, ADHD, emotional regulation, and behavioural presentations
