Your Role:
As an Educator at Little Sunshine ELC, you will:
- Create and deliver engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences
- Support the emotional and developmental needs of all children
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and fellow educators
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment
- Work collaboratively with the team to implement our educational program aligned with the EYLF and NQS
What You’ll Need:
- A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care (ACECQA approved)
- A current Working with Children Check (WWCC)
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certificates
- Knowledge of the EYLF and NQS frameworks
- Robust communication skills and a positive, can‑do attitude
