Genus Infrastructure Victoria is a leading electrical contractor specialising in the installation, maintenance, and repair of overhead powerlines and underground electricity distribution networks.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking an experienced Overhead Line Supervisor to join our Victorian operations based at our Dandenong South depot.

In this key leadership role, you will be responsible for supervising field crews to safely deliver high-quality construction, maintenance, and repair works across overhead and underground electricity distribution networks.

You will drive the protected, efficient, and cost-effective delivery of services while ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry standards, and client requirements.

Working closely with operational teams, you will provide strong leadership, mentor and support field personnel, and contribute to the continuous improvement of work practices and processes. Your focus on safety, quality, and team performance will be instrumental in achieving successful project outcomes and maintaining our reputation for excellence.

- Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the Victorian Electrical Supply Industry
- Current Victorian Electrical Work Licence
- Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence
- Current High Risk Work Licence including WP, CV, DG, RB and LF (C2 highly desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- White Construction Card
- Relevant industry licences, authorities and certifications
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening

- Previous experience as a supervisor or in a similar leadership role within the Victorian Electrical Supply Industry
- Certificate III ESI – Distribution Overhead
- Current Victorian Electrical Work Licence
- Heavy Rigid (HR) or Medium Rigid (MR) Driver's Licence
- Current High Risk Work Licence including WP, CV, DG, RB and LF (C2 highly desirable)
- Current First Aid Certificate
- White Construction Card




- Relevant industry licences, authorities and certifications
- Willingness to travel and work away from home when required
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
